• Take Shifts: If possible, share the nighttime duties with a partner or family member. Even a few hours of uninterrupted sleep can make a big difference.

• Create a Soothing Environment: Use soft music, dim lights, and comforting routines to help calm both you and your baby.

• Reach Out: Don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or online groups for support. Sometimes just talking about it can be incredibly relieving.

• Practice Self-Care: It might seem impossible, but taking even a short time for yourself can rejuvenate your spirits. A quick walk, a hot shower, or just a cup of tea in silence can help.

Chicken and Vegetable Puree

This hearty, protein-packed puree combines chicken with vegetables for a nutritious meal that's perfect for young children. It's smooth and easy to eat, making it ideal for babies who are teething.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup cooked, boneless chicken breast

• 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped

• 1/2 cup sweet potato, peeled and chopped

• 1/4 cup peas (fresh or frozen)

• Water, breast milk, or baby formula for blending

Instructions

1. Steam the Vegetables: In a steamer basket over boiling water, steam the carrot, sweet potato, and peas until tender, about 15 minutes. You can also just boil them.

2. Cook the Chicken: Make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly. You can boil or steam it alongside the vegetables if it's not already cooked.

3. Puree the Ingredients: Combine the cooked chicken and vegetables in a blender or food processor. Add a little water, breast milk, or formula to get the desired consistency and blend until smooth.

4. Serve or Store: You can serve the puree immediately, or store it in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. It can also be frozen in small portions and thawed for later meals.
